It's that time of the year..

In person registration is back!

Beginning Tuesday October 10th, at 5:00 pm we will be at the Carlsbad Library ( 101 S Halagueno St.) . It is important that you have ALL required documents to register, if not you will be asked to come back when you do. 

REQUIRED:

*Social Security Cards for EVERYONE in the household.
*Two Current Check stubs
*All proof of income (Child Support, Food stamps, Tanif, etc.)
*Proof of Residency

Applications will only be taken in person or if needed via phone call. 
No online applications accepted.
